actually as long as you have engine power/jet thrust you have steering. has little to nothing to do with boat speed. the opposite is true in a prop driven boat
American Boathead, but you are taking a step in the right direction with that Predator powa baby!!! Cant wait to see if it's got enough to get you up on a plain (I think no problem if you can figure out the right prop for it)

As long as you're going faster than the water travels you will always have steering.
