I used to work as a personal trainer in a gym in London. I used to meet a few wrestlers, power lifters and bodybuilders there. By looking at this guys physique, I can say that he needs to get his diet in check, less carbs, less fat.If he wants to look like khali, he has no choice but to take steroids, its very common amongst wrestlers. I'd say, he has to lose around 30kg of weight, and eat the right type of foods, not just whatever he likes, He needs to get the guidance of a proper nutritionist and also an experienced bodybuilder to guide him about steroid cycles etc. In one or two years he can look like a wrestler, If he is hired by WWE, they will have people to train him in bodybuilding and wrestling and flexibility etc and will bring him up well.
Steroids will screw his life up. He needs to correct his diet and work on lifting heavy weights. He may not look like a big ripped wrestler but he will look much better than what he is with his current physique. He has boobs where he is supposed to have a round chest.
