See Mette Blomsterberg's recipe here. vanilla Wreaths ingredients Ca. 35 pcs. Dough 200 g of soft butter ½ Polynesian vanilla bar 180 g sugar 1 large egg 250 g wheat flour 75 g almond flour Course of action Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Take the butter out of the fridge well in advance so it has room temperature as you go. Stretch the vanilla bar lengthwise and scrape out the grains with a small knife. Mix the grains together with a little of the sugar on the table with the knife to separate the grains. Stir in the homemade vanilla sugar with sugar and the soft butter in a bowl. Stir in the egg. Mix the wheat flour and almond flour well and knead it in the dough. Put the dough in a star spray cloth bag (size 10) and immediately spray it into wreaths with a diameter of approx. 5 cm on a baking sheet with baking paper. Leave some space between the cakes so that they do not flow together during baking. Bake the vanilla rings in the oven for 10-12 minutes (depending on the oven) or until slightly golden. Let the cookies cool on a baking rack and store them in a tightly sealed container.

jeg fulgte opskriften til punkt og prik - og de blev super gode. Måske det er med potasken, det er gået galt?

Det med tyllestørrelse fandt jeg så selv ud af, og fik nogle fine vaniliekranse som er sprøde, men meget meget hårde, hvorfor?
Hvad sprøjte tylle bruger du, den ser mere grov ud end min?
Skal det mon være varmluft 200°
