This is really interesting info. I would like to see the tests, Pre and Post done the same way though. The pretest resisting the ROM, then the post aiding it completely nullifies it. I will utilize this on my patients though. Great instruction.
Good Cluster, I like the cupoid release technique, find it very common to be sore under the cupoid when trying to manipulate or mobilize... which might inhibit the result or the treatment all together..
How can i contact this manual therapist doctor, I have had an ankle inury 4 years ago ,also underwnt surgery ,but i am still struggling with very limited rage of motion. especilaly dorsiflexion.I cant play my favorite sports and dance.:-(
I was able to do the hand wedge behind the knee while dropping down onto my flexed leg with body weight, loud pop lateral tibia, shifting of the fibia, but I still can't get it right
Physical therapists/Physiotherapist should be available through various aid programs as my colleague volunteered in Lahore for 2 years! That is if you can not afford physical therapy through practicioners trained by the Pakistan Physical Therapy Association.
A Physical Therapist can rehabilitate your ankle, but this treatment is only part of the rehabilitation process involving specialized exercises, mobilizations, over a 6 week period of going 2-3 times per week followed by agility training and a return to sports program.
About a week ago I flung my right leg out in front of me kind of forcefully in an attempt to whip my foot and release the cuboid. This method has worked for me several times however I did it a little too hard and I actually messed my knee up. I am now having weird sensations all around my knee, mainly in the back of my knee, lateral medial, tib fib joint, fibular talus joint it's all messed up...
A great instructional video. Wonderful stuff and hope you keep them coming as I’m sure a lot of therapists truly appreciate such clear teaching.
Brilliant Stuff. Wonderfully explained and demostrated.
And proof that is works in th final demonstration.
Tremendous.
Jesus you are a true master. I have watched hundreds of videos regarding my cuboid. Nobody even gives probably 10% of the information you did.
He's been doing this for over 50 years, no one can match someone who's been doing something for that long

Thank you, Sir Howard.🙏🙏🙏

This looks almost too good to be true
Very nice technique for the cuboid, thanks. so the patient should actively flex the toes for it?
The flexion of the toes looked passive to me.

A physical therapist must be trained in HVLA in order to perform these grade 5 joint manipulations. A chiropractor can perform these as well :)
British trained Osteopath
Too good
