Thanks Elspeth there's no mountains round here but there are a few fields I could cross. My range is 2-3 with a target of 2.5. One vlog a week sounds manageable with discussion videos as the main part of the channel. I'm hoping with the wristbands it won't be boring wearing them each day.
Hmm why get a boring old step counter when you can get a pokécounter?!

How funny, same range and target as me but you take way higher dosage, I'm like 4.5 and 5. Never been more than 5 mg.
Well to be fair it was part of a Pokémon game (Heart Gold I believe) but very handy for training up when I played it!

Haha, this made me laugh. Guaranteed watcher here, hopefully it will be a good thing if you get out and about more! I tried to climb up Pen Y Fan the other day (tallest peak in South Wales and 886 metres above sea-level). It was heaving with people and I gave up halfway up, it really was just going uphill constantly! Crossed the road to the non-mountain side and had a good old ramble through marsh and fields with horses, streams and sheep instead.
You're more organised than me with my warfarin, I have a whole drawer full of all colours including the white ones. Far more than I need of all of them and scattered messily. That seems to be a pretty high dose that you're taking, do you have a high range? Still, way better than taking masses of different types of drugs.
I also had an ID thing as a child, I 'lost' it because I though it was hideous. My Dad got me a dog tag one which was way too long and super uncool. Perhaps a coloured bracelet is a good way to go.
I'd say an everyday vlog would be way intense but perhaps every week would be more manageable or every two weeks if nothing is happening or you have other stuff you are talking about. A pedometer and a challenge could be interesting. I had a Pokéwalker (ahem) which I lost but I'd surely join in. Depending on your job though you would likely beat me on a day to day basis.
Look forward to seeing some more!
