An important episode in that that it see's the return of popular "Classic Crossroads" character Benjamin "Benny" Hawkins played by Paul Henry and introduces the character of "BB" aka Barnaby Blake the interior designer whom new MD Nicola Freeman brings in with the brief to give the Motel a facelift.
