Great Wip and Chat! Loved the book questions! 😁
I am a huge fantasy fan! My favorites are probably Dianne Duvall and Donna grant. I love paranormal anything actually.
I've always loved fantasy as a genre. When I was a teenager, it started with the Harry Potter series and a bit later I was completely obsessed with the Sword of Truth series from Terry Goodkind.
I've only just been getting back into reading thanks to the realization I could listen to audiobooks while I diamond paint! And since Fantasy is my favorite genre (well, Romantasy, but whatevs...) in honor of Nightcourt November the first book I started this month was A Court of Thorns and Roses because I'm apparently the last person in the diamond painting community who still hasn't read it. 🤣
I’m a big fan of fantasy, especially romantasy! Harry Potter and the Eragon saga were favorites growing up. Wheel of Time series and all things Sarah J. Maas are some of my recent favorite fantasy books.
Reading is my ultimate escape from reality. Not sure I could choose a single favorite but most are of the fantasy genre. A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness is phenomenal. Inheritance series by Christoper Paolini; Powerless (newer to me and oh chefs kiss 💋) by Lauren Roberts; In Death series by J.D. Robb non de plume fyi; obviously anything from Maas; The Lunar Chronicles is phenomenal! Scarlett St. Clair Hades and Persephone series and Red Queen series by Victoria Aveyard is top notch. Looking forward to reading The Heir series which I’ve heard is really good. Currently reading Master of One - no solid opinion yet - and listening to Bookshops and Bonedust by Travis Baldree (really cute, well written series that reminds me of WoW). My tbr list is nuts yet always looking for more! Will be checking these comments just for that reason too! Before I forget definitely check Snow like Ashes by Sara Raasch, anything Mercedes Thompson and Anita Blake (Blake for extra spice). I could go on and on clearly lol
I also like fantasy- I grew up with Harry Potter and never really stopped reading the genre
I’m a huge romance fantasy fan! So far my favorite series is the ACOTAR series from Sarah J Maas. I haven’t found another series quite like it. I’m super obsessed! 💖
I love to read and am in a book club that’s met monthly for ten years. I read mostly historical fiction and women’s lit but need to try some of these new fantasy series.
