Love it as all of your creations. I bought a shirt at the thrift store last week that will be perfect for this. When I saw it on the rack I told myself that I need to do one of Julia's hacks. Thanks as always.
Super cute! Julia, Have you ever turned a round neck T into a V neck? I have a few t-shirts I’d like you to do this to, but don’t know how to keep the original hem or create a new one? Have you done this? Thanks for sharing! ❤
Hi Robin, No I haven't transformed a neckline. I have added a slit in the round neck but it is difficult to finish the edges on a tee fabric. Usually I leave the edges raw.
Great video---I got some new to me ideas that I will use! My machine does not have that edge stitch(button hole stitch) do you think that a blind hem stitch that is adjusted with a short stitch length might work as a substitute? Thanks so much for sharing!!💙💙💙

I have been looking around for an upcycled sweatshirt project that would suit my old, but unused sweatshirt. This is perfect for it, as its cute & comfy looking. It's something I'm sure to use often come the spring. Thanks for the idea, from New Zealand.
I wish you'd show the end product first. So we can see it first. I have no idea what you're going for here so it doesn't make sense since I don't know what the end product will be.
I will definitely be trying this, thanks for sharing. I like the idea of using the sleeve off cuts as a pocket.
I hope you give it a try. This was an easy one!
Thank you Julia, I always enjoy seeing what you are making. Love this one.

As always I love your ideas and fun results. But just wondering do you put labels on your garments? ❤

Thank you so much for the quote!

To reinforce beginning and end of pockets, turn the stitch length to zero 1.
Thanks for the tip!
