Apathetic, as you described it, can also be a form of grief. You just dedicated yourself to a significant degree and with purpose to Crossfit prep. Quite apart from the Lazar tragedy, when major events in our lives are over it leaves us feeling a little purposeless, empty, directionless. Grief is a unique thing. We grieve the ending of good things. You had a great games, with a lot of positive energy. When it 's over we grieve it. Sounds like you have a great handle on it and as you take control of your life, make new plans and fill the void, the grief will subside. Wishing you joy, happiness, wholeness and continued growth. This is exactly how I feel lately. Not depressed like I struggle with, but apathetic. I never knew what that meant either. Thank you. I'm going to try to take a phone break. I definitely need it also. Thank you for sharing . Happy to hear your feeling better ☀️
