Free life coaching mga kaps, very on point po yun, sa lahat ng nag sisimula pa lang sa mga craft nila (or kahit matagal kana dyan),these basic traits are very important if you want to stay long sa Kung ano man yang gusto mong gawin sa buhay. I have worked in BPO for more than a decade and i have seen/witnessed people na magaling sa start but bigla mawawala or tanggal, discipline issues most of the time. At the same marami ako na witnessed na really struggling sa process/product knowledge at first pero sila pa tumatagal and na po-promote because along the process of learning, they kept their discipline and values intact.
