Actually the bells d1 and f1 have been used both as bells to announce “sacred activities” we don’t know when exactly and why they stopped ringing f1 (Whagevens) maybe for reasons that you can only ring that bell manually by hand) the d1 rings only when the Protestants parish gather on Sunday morning in summer, and is also used by the city hall for announcements (big festivities or memorials) nevertheless the peal d1, f1 and b(flat)1 did not ring together previously. This last 22nd July it was the first time they ring all the bells in the city-hall at the same time. And it’s sounds is lovely together. And also it is a good combination with the Roman Catholic parish church St Mary Magdalene together as a Peal you got the combination D-E-F-G-A-Bb

@@klokkenspotter2628 maar er staat ook zo’n mooi stadhuis in Middelburg en daar zitten twee klokken in. Zijn dat slagklokken of kunnen ze ook luiden?
