people on day 4 : full armor fights boss
me on day 4 : just a helmet and running from basic monsters
You don't have to fight bosses day4 but definitely don't run away from any monsters (unless you need to heal or eat something) spin in circles for most monsters and jump when engaging with golems (golems are scary when they are at mid range from you, but easier to dogde when you are close)

Tip 2: Fov is actually 90 so just saying so.
Tip 11: You can jump on Big Chunk's shoulder, It is a bit unstable so be careful but its useful for when you have no arrows or wanna melee with no risk of getting hit unless you fall off.
Tip 12: Adamantite is as good as Chunkium (I believe as it was last update)
Tip 13: If you have enough stamina running diagonal with W + A or W + D and jumping will make you go much faster when use correctly and if you pair it with double jump upgrade well you'll fly.
Tip 14: As Linc said pickaxes are stronger then axes but they are also stronger then swords. However swords are faster but if you have a high enough attack speed you should use pickaxes. Also the hammer is strongest (haven't use the sword yet but so don't hold it to me.)
Tip 15: Bosses spaw Night 6 in easy, Night 5 in medium and night 4 in game. After that you wait either 6 more days for easy so day 12, 5 more days for medium so day 10 or 4 more days for hard so 8. On those days big chunk or gronk will spawn and after that there will be 1 more every day and they get stronger as usual.
Tip 16: If you want to distract mobs you can place down a bunch of buildings or stations and run very far away. In the old update you could put it in trees and they'd be basically there for ever but now stuff can't float (kinda).
Tip 17: When fighting gronk I like to use ranged so i go out of his reach so when he comes over to do the combo attack i run away before he can hit me but after he is locked in the attack and shoot him. You can get like 3 or 4 shots in which is really good.
Tip 18: Other monsters can sometimes block projectiles. So when fighting multiple rocks you can focus on one then move to the next if the first one is blocking the other's line of sight.
Tip 19: Wolves seem to act like daves. They run to you with a munch attack but if they will over shoot you so you can just strafe to the left or right. However they are as fast as you weven when b hopping so don't run because you'll just waste your stamina.
Tip 20: Suggon deez nuts. Eating is very useful, Every mushoom can be put in soup which doubles their effect i believe. I don't know hot to make apple pie but you can make bread and meat with dough which is from wheat and meat which... is from cows.

Is the Wyvern Claw better than the Hammer?
@@punie6456 The first and only time I got the wyvern claw I died to 3 buff big chunks on gamer difficulty so no clue but. I imagine the Sword is stronger but has a longer attack speed, the hammer is balanced and the wyvern claw is weaker then the hammer but faster. I haven't used it but that's what I imagined or they are all the exact same but that wouldn't be fun.
@@grahamtheawesomecorgi8370 well if hammer has like 80 base damage while wyvern dagger has like 50, but the dagger attacks 2x faster, we can assume the wyvern claw is better since it does 100 dmg in the time it takes the hammer to do 80, and you can get crits and sniper shots quicker with the wyvern dagger

And the number one tip for all is build walls, always have wooden walls in your inventory! It can save your life and makes fighting bosses way more easier
Atm you can stunlock the Gronk you spawn yourself by smashing him repeatedly
anyone who doesnt want that fishbowl effect should go 90-100 fov instead
even after 20 hours of playing this game im still learning
thats not much in really any game
@@notyannz now that I have 70 hours of game time I would say I'm still learning new things, I know it's still not very long but the game came out only a month ago

bonus tip from me:
food can be really important, make sure that you have a lot before fighting a boss, i recommend that you make soups from the mushrooms instead of just cooking meat because the soups can be really useful and the only bad thing is that you need to make bowls but thats not a very big deal

Another tip is USE a bow for Gronk when there are more than 3 so like day 15 if you are fighting 7 of them you will die even with op stuff (most of the time)
Even if i never tried this, this is very useful here's a sub luv ur vids

Hey linc! I discovered another cool tip! If you quickly switch between your hotbar, and use a pickaxe or an axe, then you can actually mine faster!
wait, explain this a little.... so quip your tools in your toolbar and then go back and forth between the tools to get the speed use?
@@wrinkmd After your mining tool impacts what you are mining, if you quickly switch to a different item in your hotbar and quickly switch back to your mining tool, it resets the animation and mines way faster.

My friend and I went in blind, managed to survive till day 6 or so, and then out of nowhere Gronk spawned in and killed both of us. This game is a horror game I swear.

Guardian's beam attacks are easily blocked by wooden walls, so keep some handy if you get jumped by or are about to fight a guardian.

If you stand still, you usually only get hit once or twice, and you don't even have to move your camera due to the range of weapons being spherical from the player

My friend told me a tip where if you get wolfs or the dinosaurs stand on the battle totem to not take damage
The dinosaurs are called Dave but we don’t talk about Dave here.
3:25 me and my friend got 3 buff chiefs from the stone pillar. it was rough
The Coal Trick is better with 2 or more... 1 coal is not good because its stops smelting but with 2 or more not if you right click it to get the half of it and but it back in and repeat

Try to get Ancient Bow too since the Ancient Bone can be dropped by the green enemies
and it does alot of dmg late game
me and da bois finished this game, we started at 11 pm and we ended on 3 am. it gets boring when one guy gets all the power ups in chests, bcs u would be dead many times

big chunk is easy to fight right off the bat but the bit you didnt add was that just put yourself between a object (tree, rock, table, etc) and it'll be fine

Tbh when fighting gronk arrows are the way to go.
You can buy adamantite tools from traders after night one and then start mining obomium and such from there.
All thanks to you i managed to survive 24 Days and probably could survive more but then i had to go
once you get past day 15 its just a waiting game
I died on day 27 to a guardian. I had like 500 health and then the crystal spike attack took away all of it.

Same I you still only be able to survive all this is six day and that’s when there was no boss on the fifth night I have to watch a video I was able to survive all those the 25th day I just quit because I got bored.

I wish there was a way to reset the chests or just the whole map and keep your character because eventually you just run out of chests
But bosses drop powerups now, so whether or not you run out of chests you'll still get items
U made it look so easy I died on my second night
tip: use seed drugs op sword at start which deals loads of damage

Ok so, i got a ancient bone on day 4, decided to make an ancient bow along with adamanite arrows, and i 3 shot gronk on day 5 (with 4 robin hoods)
Just finished the game with 19 robin hoods i swear i get those the most ugh
i had chunk hammer and 3/4 of chunk arrmor by day 2 :)

I started of by playing gamer mode and i improve really quickly but i still dont understand how to make food
Today I played muck and I got an night blade full obamium armor many upgrades and defeated together 2 chiefs and 1 buff gronk,1 guardian with gronk and alone 2 buff big chunks and 2 buff guardians unfortunately for me I didn't win because of buff guardian.......
Im so bad at this game and it gets to the point where i die on day 2 so many times that it just gets boring. I wish dani would make a super easy mode so i can just relax and play the game without dying

@@linctothepast you should make a video like stream live video without big cuts. day 1 2 3 4 what you should do it's will be more helpful for beginners

in my opinion tip 7 is terrible because every night enemies get harder and harder meaning you should be as fast as possible getting to the next tier of armour and tools as fast as possible to be able to survive hard anemies and bosses, so wasting your time to save a couple coal peices

How am I suppose to kite the enemies? Is it even possible to avoid their attacks? I've been getting hit that I felt unnessesary
When i fight i like to jump alot cuz most enemis cant reach you from under you

@@arvideoz9004 how are you suppose to dodge bones or projectiles, it seems almost impossible to dodge them while fighting
@@seanshroom For the goblins with bones they have a pretty long cooldown for there throw so they only have time to throw it like once or twice before you can kill them. In my case i dont get hit that much by jumping like i sed before…
