I had the absolute privilege of spending a day out with Rotorua Canopy Tours going through their latest experience 'The Ultimate Canopy Tour'.
An epic adventure taking you through ancient New Zealand forest jam-packed with 1200m of ziplining, swing bridges and a bunch of other surprises as you take in the surreal views.
One of the best things to do in Rotorua!
Not only was the experience unique, but the conservation effort they are putting into eradicate pests and introduce an abundance of New Zeland wildlife was incredible.

My wife and I did this in May 2019. Lot of fun, especially when we got to the end of the double zip line. Our guide pulled us both in and locked our - what do you call them...pulleys? That will do - pulleys so that we couldn't roll back down the line. He told my wife to hang upside down while he got the mobile steps under me to let me down and suddenly he's saying "Oh shit!" and dropping me and leaping for my wife, who had accidentally kicked her lock off and was starting to drift towards the edge of the platform. He got to her in time.
Lot of fun and a great experience. We highly recommend it.
