This game looks very unique and surprisingly polished. The gunplay looks very satisfying. I think the spectres, choice to make it 3v3 and have aim down sites be the preferred method for gunfire are great design decisions. This definitely feels like it’ll be a good mix between CS/Val and your traditional shooter like CoD. Very much love that there’s no running. Won’t have stupid bunny hoppers all over the map

I don't know which initial reaction is better, the immediate appeal of the dual character concept or the LOOK of this thing. So much lovely cell-shaded goodness.
7:43 the line of sight mechanic might be one of the simplest, yest mind-bogglingly smartest "why hasn't this been done before" features I've seen. How often do you try to communicate to your teammate, "over there!" with no easy point of reference? I love this.
Game looks genuinely awesome, and really fun to watch too! Could see this doing really well with the e-sports/streaming crowd. Some games are a lot of fun to play, boring to watch, like I love Diablo but it's dull as dishwater to watch. Not sure if this is my type of shooter to play, but a lot of fun to watch. Great QOL features and awesome design decisions across the board too. Hope this game succeeds and does well for the devs! It's awesome to see people escaping the clutches of the AAA machine and making the things that compel them. Some disgusting snipes there too Tomo, love to see it

Such a unique idea and your game play here has sold me on this game. While watching I was seeing Spectre spots that I would have thrown it etc and makes me want to play. Sniping looks responsive and satisfying.
it's just Valorant with worse graphics and one extra gimmick. I don't see it staying relevant for more than a few months. I can assure you the "you can respawn during a round" gimmick is gonna get old really fast and won't provide even close to the amount of depth people are hoping for.
It will get cheese over time with swapping back and forth to dodge bullets and fire pot shots at people with impossible to keep up meta or something even worse, I already feel it
Also you can easily bait people or spend more than one round without firing your gun if you match with less skilled players. The matchmaking has to be done so precise which is hard to do. What if one player loses connection or rage-quits? Players will learn the spots people use to teleport the most and simply camp there.
im 42 second in and im hyped?! what's up with the satisfying gunplay and sounds. Had a quick flash of the same emotion I felt when I first ever saw halo 3 gameplay at my mates house and was like "whaaaat is this, pretty, punchy, spacey, magical game??"
I'm usually not too impressed with cell shaded art styles as they've been done to death during the past decade, but this one looks really good and it fits the game's universe. Seeing original mechanics in the FPS genre is so refreshing, looking forward to this.

nice, im glad to see they didnt go with the gunplay style of cs/val. i was worried about that at first. this might be one of these types of games that i can actually enjoy. this and maybe fragpunk too as it looks like it has sort of a codish gunplay. the cell shading looks amazing. that duality is really gona test my slow brain
but the whole point is that its a copy of both games with just one feature that will make people go and say "oh thats something new, i'll try" but it just becomes tedious to play like that. And also, spray patterns and accuracy are one of the skills that makes cs (/valorant) so good and skill based, you need to learn these things when wanting to play in a competetive game. just play cod if you wanna play casual or what am i missing?

Big fan of this idea. I'm a battlefield bet from the day it first launched. I've been loving new styles come out like the finals. Glad to see another company taking a fresh approach to build the next gen of gaming.
The visual cues in this game are really nice and you would think there would be a lot going on in terms of utility like valorant but thats not the case. Im looking forward to this game and how the competitive scene will be.
The playtest actually was solid. Their is a lot of gun variety and they all feel good and not OP. Movement feels solid and it does feel like you are facing a team of 6 which is cool. Its solid and definitely will have a unique skill ceiling.
As cool as the gameplay is and as much as i know I myself would love this game as someone who doesn't even touch valorant and likes this art style eons more, on the surface this looks like valorant on a budget without any character. I think if they at least tied the loadout system to a character it might stand a chance from an advertising perspective. Right now they are hinging on players that want to get away form valorant but they would be competing for a market of players who are so used to valorant i dont think they will win them.
Nice to see a new take on the competetive arena shooter genre. Personally not the biggest fan of the genre but might be worth a try. Reminds me a bit of the similar gamemode from apex legends

I unironically take all my fps recommendations from uncle Tom and I feel like this could be a cool one. Absolutely LOVE the decision to have ADS. It's the biggest part of why I don't enjoy CS or valorant.
As long as the game isn't toxic to the player by design, like what Riot did, and its gameplay style isn't damaging to players who play other shooters (also like what Riot did with ADS on certain guns) I have no qualms with the game itself.
