I think these restaurants they own are not their passion they are more of entrepreneurs. So they may have experience in being business people but i highly doubt they have experience working in restaurants. The real MVP are the workers i just hope they're getting paid well at the end of the day these business are just extra income for these entrepreneurs and thats it really.
