Okay y'all, I just need to make a few things clear. 1. We both have many years of dancing experience, but we are not professionals and this performance was literally put together in 3 weeks due to not having more time besides work and school. 2. Yes, I know my costume wasn't the best. Even back then I wasn't satisfied with it, but with the budget I had it was the best I could do. 3. Jasper didn't know much about her character, we put together this dance based on what I knew about SU and what we wanted for people mostly outside the fandom to know about Jasper as a character. 4. This was a cosplay competition. It wasn't mostly about our dancing skills, it was about having fun. You can always just close the tab if you don't like what you're seeing. Have a nice hot drink, watch your favourite movie, take a long long nap and you'll feel real good instead of wanting to comment mean shit on an amateur dance video on TH-cam.
Haku I thing both of you did amazing it was suspenseful and I honestly don’t care how good the costumes were because tbh that’s better then I could ever do. Don’t pay attention to all of the haters because they don’t know what they’re talking about❤️❤️
I personally can and if she did in the canonically it would be hilarious, like could you imagine her doing the entrance thing she did(the cosplayer, when she started dancing) while pearl is in that fancy ballet pose(like in giant woman, right before we saw how amethyst dances) and then everyone just stares at her while she dances around pearl, and even pearl starts to stare at her like "wtf jasper are you doing?"

In Jasper's defence: all she knew about the character was whatever I told her about it. She only started watching the show after we did this performance and it was the best she could come up with. As for me, yeah, it is possible I have no idea how to dance with 8 years of experience lmao
I mean lapis couldn’t have used makeup? I really don’t think she put much effort into here costume. Jasper looks great but lapis looks really wrong because her skin is still white

Im going to give a complete honest opinion about this... I didn't really like this because the dancing didn't go quite well with the music and it was all over the place and most of it made me cringe the only part i liked in this video was the part when it got dark and you could hear Malachite's laughing. Not being rude just honest.
