    Wow, this is the nerdiest setup video ever, in a good way! Nicely done. Not sure I learned anything from it, especially with both of you endorsing BSS, but it was cool to watch nevertheless.

    • @SaxSpy
      @SaxSpy  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! I'm not a BSS artist/exclusive, I have affiliate codes for various companies more in the reviewer side of things (tech youtube tends to do it well). I hope to show off other cool setups in the future!

    Really enjoying the channel. I'm just curious, do have any info on the late, Steve Grossman's setup? He's one of my favorites. Love the channel. You have a decent tone on flute, btw. Peace

    Great video! As a fellow sax flyer I'm wondering what you mean by small enough to hide. At what point during the process of flying might one be able to hide a horn? Like when you walk up to the gate and scan your boarding pass? Or later?

    Do tenors in general need regular set up maintenance? Or is this specific to vintage (mk6) horns ?

    • @SaxSpy
      @SaxSpy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I recommend a yearly coa for all horns. For new tenors, I'd have someone at least look it over. Recently, I saw a ne selmer supreme with dented toneholes from the factory and another with holes in the brass
