Thank you for bringing up kit > hype character selection. Bio Broly can be a great option for a part 2 Dokkan Fest paired up with an Carnival Family Kamehameha. All the devs would have to do is EZA the characters that go along with the part 2 units.
Since my prediction for part 1 was 100% on the money, I'm gonna guess that part 2 is a clearly Second Coming Broly and a Gohan, Goten, and trunks trio unit. Either that, or a Goten and trunks that exchanges into Gohan and his active is the family Kamehameha. Broly will probably be base too and his intro will be the awakening from the ice that turns him Super Saiyan. But it's possible Broly's card could just be his Legendary form at the start.
I think that if they want to incorporate the bio broly movie, they should make them f2o LRs if anything. Gives the characters, bio broly and goten and trunks, an LR whilst also not taking away from the fact that they would be a premium unit. Also they can make them broken af for a f2p character, like make them both top 30ish like Master Roshi was during the 6th Aniversery
