Very dreamy sound. On the first listen the backing vocals almost sounded instrumental, having concentrated on listening to Amber first time round I had to listen again to fully appreciate them. Very clever interpretation, really liked it. Amber's voice has a lovely quality to it too.
Love this!!!!! Fantastic!! Amber LeBon is incredible on the vocals! Why have we not heard her singing more before!! Perfect!!! Wow! She truly is the perfect mix of both her parents talents!! :)
Amber sings really well. I wish she were a bit louder, but lovely voice. Although I am more partial to Saffron's voice. Okay, Tallulah, I'm waiting to hear you, too! ;-)
An interesting approach. The backing rolling vocals have you expecting something else, then the solo voice comes in - female & in the original key! This gives the entire thing a completely different interpretation from the original. More thoughfull than showy and the perfect foil for the the complexity going on n the background. A lovely recording...but... could you reproduce the effect live? It would depend very much on who was at the helm of the PA wouldn't it? A brave departure from the norm'

This is so lovely beautiful voices X
I love this rearrangement and interpretation
Amazing moody blues was good but this is better, a very good piece of work
Haunting...it's not supposed to copy the Moody Blues version, that is impossible. This is great in it's own right. Gareth Malone is just brilliant!

I have been looking for this written for Male voice TTBB

"as made famous by The Moody Blues". That's probably because they wrote it...
Quadrophenia lol
WHAT? No video?
Just gotta cut some of those harsher frequencies out, otherwise this is amazing.
just because you disagree, doesn't mean you should be nasty
Says who?
I wasn't being nasty.
Very uneasy.
Not bad, prefer Moody Blues.
leave those songs alone, they are not meant for choirs...and certainly not for that style choral singing ...
