I can’t send the sweater back now that I’ve cut it. I do like it, but I just need to figure out what do with the collar now that it’s loose. I didn’t actually pay anything for the figurine since it was a free gift. I don’t want to risk ordering another one and actually pay money for it but have it arrive broken also. Plus my boyfriend said that he would just glue the hand back on and take the opportunity to repaint some of the parts in color, like the sword and saddle.

Hello to you. I get what you mean about the fishland and farmland. When you do get fish food and you have returned anything from your order they will take some food away.
@taliaquinn7909 well on mine they did. After I returned something but did not have tonsend back. Then I went to fish land to play . All the sudden I started seeing my numbers going down when I would get fish food and there is a minus ➖️ sign next to the number amount of your fish food.
Hey! I’ve found when I have a broken or damaged item I will message customer service first before attempting a return. I’ve never had customer service ask for the damaged item to be returned.
