Gabriel Larsson the new schedule is a plus and not make daily vlogs a burden for him and his family and also Bennie but health doesn’t kick in right away if you don’t have a healthy diet. Some people might have the effect sooner then others or vice versa. I mean this is just saying. It could be all well and rosy and just a minor tiredness after all these travelling etc. Hope it’s just that and nothing more 🙏

Be careful of your health Jon, I had a friend recently die at 40 out of the blue from overworking, his body just shut down and his heart stopped. Health is the No.1 priority, right now that should be your immediate priority. A pulse that high for an extended period is no joke.

Guys, please do 1 long vlog.. (like promised) OR go back to uploading a couple of times a week.. The way the "upload schedule" is right now doesn't make sense, it's like trying to watch your favorite tv show, but its either not on for a couple of weeks.. and then there are 3 episodes in 1 week.. Don't get me wrong, i love your back after 2 weeks.. but make your "schedule" work for you and stick to it. So that we, the viewers, know what to expect and when.
and his change in diet....a Vegan diet is anti nutrient, he is not getting the vitamins he needs.Humans can live solely on meat but not on vegetables....he already looks malnourished, his eyes are deep set and on a Vegan diet he has compromised his immune system.he looks sick.

When Henrich has much nicer plane than the last small commercial plane they flew into Costa Rica. I also loved Henrich’s wife reassuring him that they would be fine.

I had thyroid issues and yes high pulse was one of the first symptoms that something was wrong! My doctor prescribed high doses of vitamin D + beta blocker to take pulse down. Hope you'll get better!
