Actually the SG +50% RDR is more expensive than the AC one. You need 100AC to get 20SG, with some bonus if you buy more than 20SG. Best price for 600SG is 120+480 SG for a total of 2600AC. ... Yeah, its waay more expensive. But keep in mind that SG can be gained freely by just playing, so its not as bad as it feels. Also, this is the reason why SG Scratches cost 50SG instead of 200AC to balance out the total use of AC when using SG bought by AC. Damn thats too many SG & AC typed, im dizzy reading it all
AC and SG are global currencies (Account bound). So your balance on those is available on all of your characters across all ships c: e.g: Getting SG on Ship 1, will also be reflected on your SG balance when checking it on Ship 2. Same goes for spending; this applies to AC as well.
Just a heads up, Are you sure about deleting characters on one ship and having a slot open on another ship. When I had started PSO2 over a year ago I had made a character on ship 2 only to find my friends went to ship 3. When I deleted the character on ship 2, I attempted to make 3 characters on ship 3 but was only able to make 2. I had to transfer the character to get the free slot to ship 3. May want to test to see if that's still the case.
Interesting. Yeah , it would be nice to find someone who can test it. Maybe once you create a character, the slot is already assigned to that ship. Who knows.

If I bought a fourth character slot and then later on down the line delete on of the characters I made before that, will I have to pay to make another character?

Go to the personal shop NPC Across from the Salon NPC in the town. If you know the name of an item you can search it on the shops to get an idea of prices. Also while looking at the prices you can select how many of the item you want to buy and it will give you a preview of what you look like with default settings of the item.

Do things in your character storage transfer over?
Also to get inventory slots to 200, its 3500 ac not 3300 ac.

Yup! Your characters gender can be changed anytime at the Salon, all you need is a Salon Pass (which we get pretty often).
