The first two Nanci series seemed like they were worse on the paint job compared to the later series. I only have seen the two newer series of Suri in person so can't compare, but I'm guessing it might be why the Kingdom of Elves one was flawed.

I’ve only opened the Nanci Tea Time and they were good, so maybe I’ll pick up a newer box of Suri and check it out! Thanks for the idea!
