OMG how do the kids get so fit at that young age amazing.
Never knew why schools don't offer gymnastics or weight lifting instead of just sports or running track. Weightlifting can benefit everyone not just "the best in class" and the odds of 1 kid going professional sports player is a bad ratio compared to the rest of the class who is never going to need the training. Weightlifting would keep everyone fit, strong, healthy and can help them in future careers and for safety in general. Gymnastics & contortionists can help get a career in acting, choreography, ballet, live shows/talent shows like in Vegas. Even if it doesn't go "far" beyond the school years after you leave, the experience would be better than memories running circles around the track or throwing a ball in a hoop.
ok i think its amazing what they do but i took a gymnastics class in university and the very first day the prophesor said you will be injured. their is a zero percent succeses rate of anyone at any universtiy doint gymnastics without being injured. so when you say its healthy for you its actually not. its a falacy to say that. but its amazing wathing people do it.
and its fun. i guarantee you every single one of them have multiple injuries. so is it healthier to do something that tests you out? theoretically yes. but its a 100 percent guarantee you will get injured.

There's a difference in gymnastics and pole dancing children should not do pole dance as strippers do. Children should be doing stunts on monkey bar style equipment not poles alone. The weightlifting was impressive, karate and actual gymnastics in air were the better ones
