I had an almost identical experience to Ariki and it's a day I'll never forget. In January, 1977, I was a teenager holidaying with friends at Bateau Bay, New South Wales, so the beach was close and we were there frequently. One day we ventured out into the surf and I got caught in a rip and was carried further out than I would have liked and, being in a rip, I couldn't fight it and had no idea what to do. I was going under, swallowing way too much water, quickly tiring and panicking. Within a few minutes (but it seemed an eternity) a strong right arm of a man wrapped around my chest from behind and carried me back to shore. The man never said a word. When we got to the shoreline, he carried me up to a dry patch of sand, turned me around to face away from the surf and just dropped me on all fours on the sand. I turned around to thank him for, obviously, saving my life but he was gone. No one was nearby. I looked all around me and the closest person was about 50 meters away, too far to walk or run in such a short period. I have no explanation for it and believe it was an angel that saved my life 41 years ago.
Amazing! :) I was at a concert once with my friends in around 1996, it was in NYC, a big club, and really stuffed with hundreds of people packed together in audience. I was being squished from all sides around me and I literally could not breathe and I prayed for Jesus to help me, literally a billionth of a second later, in a flash (no exaggerating) there was an opening before me and I could breathe. If the opening just happened naturally, it would have been much more gradual, maybe within 10 seconds of loosening up. Nope, that did not happen. It was literally a flash of an eye blink! I was shocked and in awe. :) Jesus saves people who pray at times, but I believe it is for a reason. Negative things happen to us as well, as they happened to the early Christians in the New Testament. It's just a mixed bag and depends on the time, place and situation, only God knows His plan put forth for why we've saved one time yet not another. It's His Will and we just have to have faith in His power that He knows what He's doing. That's what I'd say to those who complain about their prayers not being answered. This is why, when I pray now, I say "Your Will be done, not mine." He knows best, not me. So I will pray but not become confused or angry because it's not answered. This is where faith must take over: We walk by faith, not by sight, as Paul said. :)
WOW!!! I have an almost EXACT similar experience. I was born into a Catholic family and I was an alter boy growing up. I always felt as a do now a strong connection with God. I grew up in Southern California and spent allot of time as a young teen at the beach. On one particular day I found myself without a board out in some pretty gnarely conditions. Me and a friend had paddled out on one board and somehow became seperated. I began to panic as I realized the seriousness of the situation, trying to swim back to shore in the bad weather without a board. I remember looking at my arms just before I went under and they were bright red from my struggle; I knew it was all over. Just then I felt a hand on my wrist. Not just any hand or any grip, but a warm hand that grabbed me by the wrist as if there was no water between us, my grip was not slippery. I claseped my hand around the wrist of that angelic arm and was yanked to my feet; I was standing on the beach in waist deep water. At that same moment, confused and disoriented, I looked up and saw my friend running down the beach towards me. He asked how I got back to shore. I was speechless. To this day I can't explain it any other way, but something in me knows I saw a figure walking away as my friend ran towards me. That figure was a black man in all white clothing. He was moving along the beach into the distance; his clothing swayed in a peculiar way almost like water flowing around him...it was fuzzy. Logically what I do know is that I was moved through the water in some kind of time and space that shouldn't exist. It was real and it happened. Later in life as I came to recall these things, I realized I was saved by my gaurdian angel.
My grandpa used to live in Hawaii and one day while swimming at the beach the waves got really rough and he began to drown. Long story short an angel came to bring him back to shore too and when he turned around to thank the angel, the angel was gone. I completely believe in the story this boy had to say, and the way God showed him he is real through a bible verse on his bracelet afterwards was just even more proof!
This story and this boy's testimony really moved me and made me teary and happy to hear such a powerful experience. Thank you for sharing this story and for spreading the message of Jesus and salvation. God Bless!
This is conformation for me, that Angel's do exist and God saves lives. I experienced EXACTLY the same as this boy. I was 6 years old and I will NEVER forget that gift of God. It is ingrained in my brain and heart. I was 6 years old at the beach went into the water with my cousin ..I didnt have a floatie but I wanted to go with her to the deeper side... I thought it was fine it wasnt so deep my tippie toes touched the ground, I thought she would be watching but she had my baby sister with her on a floatie, at one point she decides to go back and I try to go with her but the waves started to get heavy and taking me back deeper. I couldn't touch the ground, I tried screaming for help but she didn't hear me, salty water in my mouth and I was swallowing it every time I tried to scream...I put my hand up and noone saw , it wasnt long before I didnt feel the wind on my hand..I now felt my hand sinking...I had lost hope my eyes were opend underwater...I couldn't think...then I looked to my right side under water, you could barely see anything under for the sandy ocean water is not clear, but I saw a brightness coming towards me...I felt it grab my hand and place it on his limp..I held on tight he swamed to shore really fast And suddenly I felt the sand on my belly and I got up and looked around...there was noone with me...noone even saw me ! I thank God every day for making me feel so special by sending one of his faithful servants to save my life .
Oh Steve, you couldn't have done a better job of sharing your testimony!!! That was beautiful! Thank you for baring your soul and sharing your heart of all the beautiful ways God has blessed you, therefore blessed everyone who reads or hears your testimony! Thank you dear friend! I love you! Your forever friend, Beva
Thank u so much for sharing your testimony ! God is so amazing all the time! He has a plan for each and every one of us! No one can interfere with Gods plan! Sometimes when we don't know him or we are a backslider or where ever we are in our lives, God has a way of getting our attention. Rather it is in a positive way or sometimes even life threatening. Our father loves us so much. He does not want any of his children to suffer and miss out on the kingdom of heaven . He wants us to live life with him forever in Heaven! So sometimes he has to do very powerful things in our lives to get our attention. Because when our lives are going good and everything is great , we tend to forget about God. We don't even think of him! We don't thank him for all The blessings that he has given us, we don't even pray on a daily basis and some of us don't pray at all! It's really sad but the main time most people think about God is when something tragic happens or when bad things are happening in their life. Then they start asking God why ? why them? or why me? But if that's the only way he can get our attention at least he's getting our attention. Now as we turn to him in prayer and start drawing near to him again and begin to feel that close happy loving feeling that he gives us we start connecting with again and he takes us through our trials and tribulations. Sometimes he walks with us holding our hand and sometimes he carries us through. But the most important thing to always remember is once he has brought you through that storm . Do not let go of him again continue to praise and bless him and thank him every single day the rest of your life pray to him in the morning pray to him in the daytime and at night time in the middle of the night. I talk to him all day long. I talk to him while I'm driving in my car and I'm always talking to him in my head or praying for people whenever I see it is needed. God never leaves our side he is always with us. Don't leave him standing on the outside of your heart in the cold waiting for you to open the door of your heart to bring him in. Ask him into your life to live forever. Ask Jesus to be your heavenly father and tell him that you believe that he is the son of God and and that God sent him down to live on earth to be persecuted and to die for our sins on the cross. And then three days later to be resurrected and to walk among his disciples before ascending to heaven to sit at the right hand of God,. And there he will stay until the day he comes back for his children , Which is us. No one knows the day nor the hour of His return , But the Bible says to be prepared at all times. If you do not know Jesus as your Lord and your savior I ask you to pray right now and ask him into your heart .tell him that you believe that Jesus is the son of God and that he died on the cross for our sins and then arose three days later and walked and ate and drank among his disciples. Until he ascended to heaven to be at the right hand of God his father. Ask him for forgiveness. Ask him to cleanse your heart and your soul to forgive you of all your sins. Let him know you want to live a life following him doing his will the rest of your days. Amen!!!
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Never feel intimidated by those who withstand your faith and mock you. They do it in ignorance for they don't have a personal knowledge of the love of Jesus, May you bring in many "fish"for Jesus.. God bless you and your loved ones and give you His shalom peace!
He's a well spoken & wise young man. It's so cool how God uses our most tragic events to bless us and bring us closer to Him. I actually was an atheist who found Jesus due to a serious back injury. It felt like a huge curse at the time but it gave me the time to research and find proof of Jesus. In hindsight, it was the biggest blessing of my life. God Bless!
So beautiful, the power of God. It must have been very terrifying being helpless and at the mercy of the tide, I've heard the waves and current in Australia can be brutal. So amazing to be lifted by the powerful arms of God and put back safely on shore!
What a beautiful young man. Thank you God for this message it means so much to me. I felt your love hearing this young man tell his story. Praise you Lord. GOD IS REAL!!!
wow.. amazing... reminds me of the verse that says... "I am the author AND finisher of your faith... God didn't abandon you when you were sliding away from him.. he completed that faith in you and is still working to bring you to deeper places in Him.. taking you from faith to Faith.. to greater FAITH.. from glory to Glory... to greaater GLORY ... praise GOD...
15 years old, fantastic testimony. God touches people irrespective of age, & you can be called to Him at anytime. Something I was unclear about until now.
Same thing happened with me. I was drowning in a wild river in India. I was struggling in between those strong tides of that wild river few years back. I remember i was helpless as i was not a swimmer but while i was fighting for life i said 1 word in that sound of water echoing in my ears i can still recall that sound that view of river, I said JESUS just 1 word and The Kind Lord sent help for me. I was on the bank of river but never saw the person who saved me. JESUS WILL SAVE YOU IF YOU HAVE FAITH IN HIM. I ALWAYS SAY .......................................................... MIRACLES HAPPEN TO THOSE WHO BELIEVE
When I was maybe 4 (?) I was at the beach with what seems like my father and grandmother, and had been talking to a girl my age. We both went into the water, and I have no idea where the adults were. I went to put my feet down into the sandy ocean floor at one point, and they went into nothingness, as there was some kind of "shelf" that I dropped below! I was under water but holding my breath, and realized I could not swim... somehow, after not too long, I felt a hand pulling me up and out. There is no sense of anyone having been right there, so it seems to me it was an angel. If it had been the girl or my family member, I think I would remember. It's just blank, I just remember the hand pulling me up.
When I was 11 yrs old I was at an amusement park when I decided to try out the big water slide. Long story short, as I was sliding down the water slide, I fell off the float-tube. When I landed in the water i started drowning since I didn't know how to swim. To make matters worse, the lady who was right behind me on the slide landed her float-tube right ontop of my head. I was trapped. No one noticed & there were no life guards around. I knew i was drowning. But the next thing I knew, I was outside of the water and standing on the grass. I knew that "something/someone" had pulled me out of the water, but i didnt know who/what. I later came to the revelation that it was God who had pulled me out. Praise God for He is good!!
Prayers do get answered, it just depends on time, place and situation. I know from personal experience! I went to a concert with my friends in 1996 or 1997, it was Rage Against The Machine concert, and I was just standing there surrounded by hundreds of people in a huge club watching the band on stage, but it was stuffed like sardines. I was having trouble breathing, no joke, and I felt like I could actually die, so I prayed for Jesus to help me and literally the millisecond I opened my mouth was when an opening flashed before me and I was out. Literally not even 1 second went, it was as fast as lightning striking. I was in shock and awe. I mean, there's no doubt that this was a miracle, but no one else in the audience knew it that day! I cannot say this will always happen, as I do not know until it happens again, but at times, God's will is to save those who pray. :) It's amazing how there are people out there who look at Christians as just blind sheep only believing God exists simply because we're taught it by parents from young age. lol Little do they know, miracles happen literally every day without them ever seeing or hearing about them, not caught on video. No one would believe me if I went to a news station with this. They'd claim I was doing drugs, even though I'm sober 100% of the time, minus smoking a little marijuana when I was 13-14 in 1992. lol I only tried it few times, didn't care for it. But other than that, totally sober, not even alcohol. Anyway, that's just one of the few things that I know of. My mother told me of some miraculous things she's seen but could not say it to a non-believer because they'd roll their eyes and laugh. They'd be truly amazed at how much is out there that goes unseen by most people. :) I was once a believer but now I am a *knower.* :)
@@Harpazo_to_Yeshua You are so right. I am 66 and my life has been saved MANY times from disease, injury, from muggers, burglars (angels held the flimsy door shut!!!) auto accidents. Hallelujah, we have a God who is mighty to save!!!
@@narniagirl4ever248 I've not been through all of that before. Wow. But even little things that are insignificant (compared to life and death situations), sometimes God will answer those prayers too. Just 4-5 days ago or so I started waking up with a knot in my back muscle; lower left side of my back. I usually talk a lot to the Lord before I go to sleep and as soon as I wake up, so I asked (while smiling and giggling a little) if He could take this knot away, not even expecting it to happen, but literally the moment I said that, the knot went away. I'd start laughing and moving around to make sure and, yep, it went away! Haha! This literally happened 4 times now in the last week or so, and it worked just before as I jokingly requesting if He could take it away again, it went the moment I said it. I mean, this sounds like a joke unto itself but *THIS REALLY HAPPENED!* :D I laugh each time while thanking Him! :) Last month my tooth was aching, I prayed if Jesus could take the pain away, literally the moment I asked, it went away. Again I laughed in amazement. Now, of course, I am not going to say this'll always happen, but it's amazing when it does. I know enough that Gods Will is perfect, so if He does let bad / painful things happen to us, even when we pray them to go away, it just has to happen for His plan to take place. We see multiple times in the bible, people prayed for God to take the suffering away but God had to let it stay for reasons that went above their own understanding. Look at Joseph being thrown into prison / slavery, then Paul praying 3 times for the thorn to be taken from him, and so on. The biggest one of all, Jesus asking if it was possible that this cup could be taken from Him but, the most profound finishing to a prayer is what He said "...not My Will but YOUR Will be done." Humility is very important. This is the comfort we have in being Gods children: Whatever happens, we pray and if it continues, we have to know God is going to use it for good in the end. It's not suffering to be wasted for no reason. If nothing else, let it teach us humility and obedience to God. Even Jesus (His flesh) had to learn obedience through the things which He suffered.
This story is exactly what happened to me. Long story short i was in a huge Wading pool...this pool is huge in the area where i live (not your typical wading pool)... i was alone and was not strong enough to swim to the middle and reach the lifeguard to regain my strength and get back, my family was not with me because i was at a pool party and my friends mom didnt watch us, i was 9yrs old. i finally realized that i was not strong enough to swim back and couldn't. and i went under and realized as this young man did "so this is how it ends, this is what it feels like dying' and before i knew it I was back on the grass and never found the person who saved me. there was nobody around me in the water...i was alone and if i was drowing people probably thought i was a kid playing around. its not till my body had been floating that someone would have realized that a child just drowned. I still attest that an angel saved me. it was a miracle , i should be dead right now. my friends mom was sooo irresponsible...she didn't care about the kids she brought to the pool....only that we got there and got back...the rest she let us run everywhere with no regard to our safety. my mom had warned her that i was not a strong swimmer.
thirsting soul Sure! Well I was around 7-8 years old I believe(I didn't learn how to swim until I was 8), me and my mom and her friends went to this lake to swim and have a good time. After a few hours I asked my mom if I could swim in another area where the water was very shallow with some kids older than me. I ended up alone after a while, it was more of a river, so I started exploring it into the deeper sides while hanging on to the ground on the sides. after a few minutes I got deep and the water wasn't as calm, somehow I feel as I stepped into a big hole that was uneven to the other places, I lost control of my hands and ended up drowning, I tried reaching for the sides but I couldn't reach and was inches short. I saw some people there looking at me while I was drowning with a blank stare looking at me, while I was waiting for them to help, about 10 more seconds of drowning and the people staring. All I remember was being back in the shallow part of the lake, I wasn't even close to the shore, I was a good bit of distance(but it was shallow) I just continued playing around in the shallow water Lol, my stomach was bloated with water, all that I swallowed while drowning. At the time, I never even told my mom, or told anyone, I just returned to her like nothing had happened I really didn't think about what happened until last year, my first theory was that I just passed out and ended up in shore, but all those people obviously would have saw me, then I saw this video and heard about a man physically carrying him to shore, which would have made sense in my story, and would explain why people were looking at me and not doing anything... who knows.
For those who believe in God, can you feel the spiritual connection from this young man as his voice trembles and he becomes emotional? If you don't believe in God as I do....please don't bother to comment. Have a great day.
My dad...when he was young tried to take his life by drowning himself out into the ocean. He was not a swimmer. He said as he was going under and his lungs started to fill with water, he saw a light and heard beautiful music. Then he felt a hand on his shoulder..then suddenly he was being pulled up. He then found himself on the beach and there was no one in site. He felt it was angel that saved him.
Well I think he was meant to do greater things, and possibly meant to have you ! May god bless you and use you as a force for him and his plans for you ♥️ God bless you!!!

Thank you Aiki for sharing your walk with Jesus Many people do not recognise angels because they are not part of God s plan at that moment It is obvious that you have been rescued to show others the reality of God s presence and I m looking forward to seeing through next part of your journey and how you re going to he used to bless others Joe our youngest is going to Australia on Monday I pray for him I d like him to meet you
for some reason a lady, during a service, asked for prayer for one of her grandchildren not long after one little kid came walking up the hill from down the lake. He was all soaked and asked what happened to him and he said, he fell in, and they asked him How did you get out? The boy said, He pulled me out. There was nobody down the by the lake.
Amen I believe that it was Gods Angel that carried you back on to land. Remember there will be people that won't believe you but that's now on them. Praise the Lord!
Happened to me too drowning off Carmel California scuba diving. Giant waves, giant invisible hand pulled me out. (Years later I was compelled to beach in Mexico and saved with my wife two little Mexican girls who were drowning.) No one one of the many observers who were watching me drown could tell me who carried me out of the massive surf.
Thank You Father for Your angels whom You send to minister to us, Your children adopted into Your family through the Blood of Jesus. His Resurrection gives us power to live and be guided by Your Holy Spirit!
Do you see death as bad? I see death here is life in Heaven. Yeah, so there were angels in 9/11 alright! They came to take God's children Home; b/c "our citizenship is in heaven"
Yes, they are selective, only saving those who God chooses to for specific reasons. I believe everything happens for a reason, one way or another, and even if one is saved once, it won't guarantee they're saved again. We could be saved from a near-death experience so we can go on to fulfill another prophecy in the future but after that, we might have to pass on. It's not black-and-white simple. Many variables are involved in just one persons' life, let alone tens of millions. The very first among Christians in the New Testament were imprisoned, tortured and eventually crucified. Bad things happen even to those who know the Lord. It happens for a reason though, but only God knows, while we're left puzzled in the present. This is where *faith* comes into play. We have faith that even when bad things happen to us, we must know that God works with and through them, for a reason. Jesus suffered, so we cannot think that we should not suffer. A servant is not above his master, as Jesus said.
I think it was an angel because he said the current picked up, and it was a strong current. He also never saw the person. How do you explain that skeptic's?
I'm very skeptical myself (not about God but just things people say in general) but I'm also open minded, I guess because of what I've experienced myself. Guess we can't blame the skeptics, it's just the ones who come to troll are the ones that are a bit annoying. Anyway... This is my post I am pasting to others to read. Just one of the "small" ;) miracles I've witnessed: Prayers do get answered, it just depends on time, place and situation. I know from personal experience! The Lord has purpose for this young man..amen. Surely he has purpose for both you and me. Give God the Glory!
Solid... awesome testimony brother" see you in the Heavenly Father's kingdom...blessed be his name"
God bless him. So glad he's sharing his testimony.
I couldn't touch the ground, I tried screaming for help but she didn't hear me, salty water in my mouth and I was swallowing it every time I tried to scream...I put my hand up and noone saw , it wasnt long before I didnt feel the wind on my hand..I now felt my hand sinking...I had lost hope my eyes were opend underwater...I couldn't think...then I looked to my right side under water, you could barely see anything under for the sandy ocean water is not clear, but I saw a brightness coming towards me...I felt it grab my hand and place it on his limp..I held on tight he swamed to shore really fast
And suddenly I felt the sand on my belly and I got up and looked around...there was noone with me...noone even saw me ! I thank God every day for making me feel so special by sending one of his faithful servants to save my life .
What an awesome testimony. Thank you Ariki, for sharing it. You are a vessel!
Absolutely amazing! God is so amazing!
To GOD be the glory!
God will always hear your prayers.
no matter what
God is merciful and powerful forever, amen.

Steffanie Hoover
Praise God! Awesome testimony!
God Bless you, all you have to do is "Knock and the Door will be opened"
Amen!!!
AMEN. I have a similar experience when i drowned back in 6th grade. God is great indeed.
Hallelujah! To God be the glory! Calling out to God, his life was spared. His soul was saved. Pentecostal.
What an amazing testimony!! Praise Jesus that you are alive to share this.
What an awesome story........thanks for helping my faith get a little more stronger.
amazing story and i'm speechless GOD gave me an experience of my own and i could never forget. Thank you for sharing your story
Wow, incredible. God bless you son and may He use you powerfully in the days to come. Amen.
u r truly blessed god has given u a second chance .beautiful
Seeing that his life is worth something is such a powerful moment
It's amazing what God can do
Love it. Thanks for sharing your experience.
God Bless!
Thank you Ariki for sharing this great testimony. God saved you to fulfil the great plans He has for you
Bless you sweet heart
So beautiful, the power of God. It must have been very terrifying being helpless and at the mercy of the tide, I've heard the waves and current in Australia can be brutal. So amazing to be lifted by the powerful arms of God and put back safely on shore!
Our God is an AMAZING GOD!
What a beautiful young man. Thank you God for this message it means so much to me. I felt your love hearing this young man tell his story. Praise you Lord. GOD IS REAL!!!
God is good
wow.. amazing... reminds me of the verse that says...
Beautiful testimony! I am so happy your life was saved and that your soul is saved in Christ. I love you, my brother
nice, great story, bless you...
What a wonderful story.
Thank you for sharing this with everyone.
It was God who saved you. Praise God!
What an amazing story! Thank you for sharing! Its so encouraging to hear!
This Canadian GIRL is soooo Happy ,you found God sweetheart!
It's amazing how there are people out there who look at Christians as just blind sheep only believing God exists simply because we're taught it by parents from young age. lol Little do they know, miracles happen literally every day without them ever seeing or hearing about them, not caught on video.
I was once a believer but now I am a *knower.* :)
My best friend Alberto told the the same exact story. The husband of a nurse I met also told me the same story.
thank GOD , WOW
Last month my tooth was aching, I prayed if Jesus could take the pain away, literally the moment I asked, it went away.
The biggest one of all, Jesus asking if it was possible that this cup could be taken from Him but, the most profound finishing to a prayer is what He said "...not My Will but YOUR Will be done."
Humility is very important.
Ella Marcela thats crazy... did it change your life in some way?
Ella Marcela Same thing happened to me, but a bit differently...
migueslick can u share?
thirsting soul Sure! At the time, I never even told my mom, or told anyone, I just returned to her like nothing had happened I really didn't think about what happened until last year, my first theory was that I just passed out and ended up in shore, but all those people obviously would have saw me, then I saw this video and heard about a man physically carrying him to shore, which would have made sense in my story, and would explain why people were looking at me and not doing anything... who knows.
migueslick interesting. thank you. yeah. comments under this section show that stuff like that happens from time to time for some people
Young man you made me 😢 Good bless you!
Wow praise Jesus
For those who believe in God, can you feel the spiritual connection from this young man as his voice trembles and he becomes emotional? If you don't believe in God as I do....please don't bother to comment. Have a great day.
Gigi Adams-Evans I'm sorry but I don't believe in atheism. Lol, praise Jesus!
Bran Evans what did she say wrong? I'm assuming she thinks she will get ridiculed. Just curios.
Thanks Lord God for your LOVE and Mercy .You are bless to be SAVE .
+Coral81 AJ Why are you so salty? Go back to your browser games that you play. You 10 year olds have absolutely no respect.
Well I think he was meant to do greater things, and possibly meant to have you ! May god bless you and use you as a force for him and his plans for you ♥️ God bless you!!!
LOL your dad was a good storyteller. Or you could say he's a good liar!

awsome! story inspiring
for some reason a lady, during a service, asked for prayer for one of her grandchildren not long after one little kid came walking up the hill from down the lake. He was all soaked and asked what happened to him and he said, he fell in, and they asked him How did you get out? The boy said, He pulled me out. There was nobody down the by the lake.
Thank you for sharing.
It's funny how Angels seem very selective in who they save. I wonder where the angels were when 9/11 struck!
Appreciated! PTL! Preach it from the roof tops brother!
Powerful 🙏 God Bless Made Me Cry...

Just one of the "small" ;) miracles I've witnessed:
