- A basic introduction to "hisbonenus," a Chabad chasidic meditative practice. The particular meditation that Rabbi Taub guides the class through is taken from Chapter 41 of Tanya and is a meditation specifically designed to foster feelings of awe of G-d.

This was so helpful! More please
Again, thank you !!! ☀️🙏🏼
I look forward to enjoying this video after I'm done working.
Thank you! I would certainly purchase a good quality uninterrupted (commercial free) audio with this and other Tanya based guided meditations. Please consider 🙏.
I turned off the ads on this video.
Is this to provoke/induce neurodivergence in those that do not? Training to link both hemispheres? It seems the rocking is possibly anchoring and comforting at the same time also. Similar to a distress reaction except training to induce positive reassurance, thoughts and emotions. Even the sounds singing the words.
This is excellent.
Sorry, I'm just blown away. Everything else is typically very cold, frustrating, unhelpful, and plain old negative.
I’m glad you are connecting with this content!
The meditation was excellent, thank you. G-d is here because you are here. Awesome. Seen as compared to heard. That is genius. Curious if hitbonedet, (Spelling?/Rebbe Nachman), is the complement to hisbonenus. Unstructured/structured.
