tracking = write everything you eat down for the day, never weigh yourself daily. but weekly is best. treat yourself three favourite foods as a treat, but make them small sizes as it is only for taste not for a meal. the body craves old habits. work hard and reward yourself after weight day. Lifestyle habit is powerful. Never had to look for exercise programs. I built houses for 50 years. So now I MUST make myself find exercise SO I will go back to body surfing. Now THATS enjoyable lifestyle even for an OLD FART cheers
love the way you present this. I eat my last of two meals a day at about 3 pm. fasy until ketoVore breakfast at 7 or 8 am. seems to work for Me cheers

Use some common sense, no food burns fat, it's just clickbait.
It is not that it burns the fat outright. Your body requires more calories to burn protein

muscle weighs more than fat. everyone has a limit as bones weigh too. she was where she should be. her mind needed adjustment.
