A very interesting take on land management I bought 5 acres of pure rush a few years ago behind my house. Mainly to keep the forestry out. I discovered after I started yearly cutting hundreds of spotted orchids so I have not sprayed. There’s a start of diversity coming back with meadow flowers and grasses appearing but the old rush is still extremely strong. What be your thoughts. I don’t keep animals but have started a periodic topping regime leaving where I see them the orchids clover and other clumps of wild flowers.
These are great videos. I look forward to more!
