My absolute favorite trope is when the MC keeps his magic powers when he returns! Frankly, I think the writer should’ve kept him in his world significantly longer, and made it much more difficult for him to get back… Ngl I wanted to see him he return to his world again and become a “hero,” but they keep visiting… Except that ending… what!? I can’t believe he just told her outright… It feels like I speedran an entire series
After being there in the other world for 3 years I really don't blame Yuuya for stuffing his mouth full of Mickey D's in KFC being the first thing he does when he gets back home 😂 also even though he said no to the goddess about making a lot children I'm sure his mother is still going to end up getting a lot of grandchildren regardless if he wants to or not.😏
I wouldn't miss fast food if I was eating palacial food in a medieval world, but I can only assume that while he was on the road doing hero things he was probably stuck eating less appealing preserved rations, which would be decidedly less appealing. In that case, I'd probably crave some fast food.

In that case, it's essentially eating super fresh meat, but without salt or anything too good that adds exquisite flavor. I would probably cry after eating a regular burger too if I was eating food without seasoning for 3 years. (Part of the reason I'm a chef)

Okay, I actually like this MC. He is powerful, but not arrogant. He is strong but reluctant to use his abilities. He still has a measure of humility and chivalry. That's refreshingly different from the "ho-hum I am so much more powerful than everyone" protagonist we have all grown tired of.

At some point the goddess is pissed that he refuses to go to the other world and starts sending stuff there to kill him. He ends up saving his sister by beating the crap out of a dragon and she learns how op he is.
