Unfortunately the damage is done. Even if he went through an expungement hearing. The accusation, arrest and any adjudication will appear on a background check. Falsely accused is irrelevant. As this will bar him from any high security positions should he wish to pursue them. Hopefully this isn't the case. But if he should ever have legal troubles in the future. This WILL be used against him during a presentence investigation.

    SUGGESTIONS
    1…If you want LYING to
    get a FALSE WARRANT
    to STOP, then the LYING
COP should DO a MANDATORY SENTENCE
    of 18mnths-36mnths IN
    JAIL/PRISON🤔🤔🤔

    2…If the LYING
    CONTINUED then the
    MANDATORY SENTENCE
    should be InCreased to
    36mnths-84mnths🤔🤔
    🤔
    3…For the INNOCENT ppl
    who had ALREADY
SPENT YRS IN JAIL/PRISON BASED ON
    LYING COPS, before
    being FOUND INNOCENT
    then that LYING COP
    should have to DO a
    MANDATORY SENTENCE
of HALF of the YRS the
INNOCENT person had SPENT IN JAIL/PRISON🤔🤔🤔

Sometimes police just choose to push charges onto people that they personally don't like, or just a random person they encounter in the case that they decide that they don't like, for simply an innocent person they investigate and the person tries to exercise their rights and it makes the officer want to pin the crime on them as a way to teach them a lesson for even trying to exercise their rights.
At the end of the day it's all malicious reasons and the people that do it are monsters.......
I don't even consider police that do this to be human beings......
