As an Ekko jungle OTP, I recommend using Eyeball collector + Gathering storm for runes. A fully stacked Eyeball collector gives you 40AP and Gathering Storm at 15 mins gives you 30+AP, just with this 2 runes you'll get extra AP equivalent to 1 AP item.
I've seen his streams. He basically stated that there is no competition on the EU or NA servers. Therefore he is moving to Chinese Server even when playing on 260 + ping because is worth it to improve and because Legendary Queue is stacked with world class players.
Shes really good but you need an engager support imo, I recommend watching dnzio or kranix (I'm not sure if kranix has done a stream on samira but still great adc) and read her abilities and passive to undrestand her more and practice ❤

As an Ekko otp too, i agree but the dominations runes are better against tanks and we are on a tank meta
