My father was a farmer so he didn't waste so much money but But my uncle is a businessman and he has lost about 35 lakh rupees in this company 😥😥😥

MLA, Panchayats all had done marketing for Sharda.. they all were included in the scam.. this scam took life of my uncle. After retirement from BSF, he deposited all his life long earned money in this scheme.

I have first hand experience with this scam.
I was in my school/collage back then and agents started visiting and convincing my parent . At a point of time local political as well as peer pressure was so high that people eventually got in to their trap.
I say political because in my area who so ever were big agents were having political affiliation .
Similarly my family lost money in "Rose Valley Scam" too .
Did govt recovered any investment amount from the company and returned any % to investors? If not why??

chit fund scams are also in odisha in which many mlas of odisha were involved such as Seashore.many mlas from West bengal involved in scams had come to odisha for medical checkup and stayed in hospitals to avoid the probe.even the CM(WB) had come to visit them in hospital.in odisha many poor people lost their money to it and till now they havent got their refunds including Sahara.

I have a doubt, it is more likely possible that chairmen and MD is such big companies don’t know how to solve problems like, in this case when SEBI issued a notice to Saradha group os companies, Sudipto Sen could be able to come up with a idea of opening 300 small companies within the company. There might be some financial and law advisors who might have come up with the solution. What does government or regulating organisations do with these advisors. I believe they are equally responsible for such scams and fraudulent actions.

It is to be understood why such chit funds get still allowed to operate throughout under the nose of our so-called tight regulatory bodies . It seems, this would continue in developing countries to accumulate the uneducated, semi educated moneys / assets kept to close of heart although in unorganized manner not freed to be part of rolling affairs, whatever be it's colour of 'changed hands in strengthening ghost resources in economy'..

The name of the company is Shine City Infra private limited..Chairman is Rashid Nasim now he is not in India he shifted all the funds and his family to dubai. And made a new company shine international in which he is running a FOREX trading and again making ponzy schemes to a new scam.
