On possible explanation might be as, whatever the present condition of leo is, whether he is not leo, if the prisoners story is fake or he is leo but he has changed a lot and has disappeared; this whole transformation could be because of Vikram… who might’ve helped leo to to become what he is now, because when vikram calls leo he mentions that did leo recognize his voice, it may indicate they have met before… One more aspect is when leo asks napoleon about the shooting… and napoleon mentions dilli did it…… no reaction of leo could be an indication that he knows dilli too…. Maybe not in a friendly manner but as a rival or an infamous acquaintance…….. Also he has planned for Rolex seperate movie which will mostly have small reference like leo. Later in kaithi 2 n maybe leo2 have more interlinking stories. N vikram 2 will be in d endgame. I agree leo could have been better. But when watched 2nd time i felt good compared to my 1st watch. If possible give a 2nd try or watch in OTT n give another review.

I don't understand why people were expecting to see rolex, vikram or dilli in this movie, given that kaidhi vikram and leo are produced by 3 different production companies, so its not possible anytime soon (maybe after 2027-2028 when vikram 2 comes out). Also give the time frame of 10 months for leo, its impossible to integrate all those characters in this movie, for example u can consider leo as guardians of the galaxy 2 of LCU, just small connections
I think just because the flashback was inferior every reviewer started to shit talk about everything like the song naa ready being intercut by story or the film having different versions. Bro across the spider verse had 10s of versions in theatres nobody complained about that. In my opinion, other than flashback everything was perfect. Lcu connections felt organic for me.

I have the best theory. What if Parthiban is Parthiban, he did told he is Leo of frustration to das brothers because they were not understanding him as Parthiban. Even if you look at the last shot where Vikram called him Leo and his closed eyes as " 0h not again". Now what if Lokesh is playing with the audience and the real comeback will be in Vikram 2. Where Parthiban is on Vikram side and Vikram says he has to face his real demon....and boom Leo comes with Rolex. Parthiban vs Leo, theatres will be blown away by this single twist. (For people thinking if Leo is alive why didn't he avenge his sister, maybe something happened in the factory where he lost his memory or in coma, the guy in the jail didn't tell reality and hiding him to save him..who knows it can be)

On possible explanation might be as, whatever the present condition of leo is, whether he is not leo, if the prisoners story is fake or he is leo but he has changed a lot and has disappeared; this whole transformation could be because of Vikram… who might’ve helped leo to to become what he is now, because when vikram calls leo he mentions that did leo recognize his voice, it may indicate they have met before…
One more aspect is when leo asks napoleon about the shooting… and napoleon mentions dilli did it…… no reaction of leo could be an indication that he knows dilli too…. Maybe not in a friendly manner but as a rival or an infamous acquaintance……..

Let me tell few things which lokesh said. Firstly, he wants to establish individual characters n der movie. Also he has planned for Rolex seperate movie which will mostly have small reference like leo. Later in kaithi 2 n maybe leo2 have more interlinking stories. N vikram 2 will be in d endgame.
I agree leo could have been better. But when watched 2nd time i felt good compared to my 1st watch. If possible give a 2nd try or watch in OTT n give another review.

I don't understand why people were expecting to see rolex, vikram or dilli in this movie, given that kaidhi vikram and leo are produced by 3 different production companies, so its not possible anytime soon (maybe after 2027-2028 when vikram 2 comes out). Also give the time frame of 10 months for leo, its impossible to integrate all those characters in this movie, for example u can consider leo as guardians of the galaxy 2 of LCU, just small connections
I think just because the flashback was inferior every reviewer started to shit talk about everything like the song naa ready being intercut by story or the film having different versions. Bro across the spider verse had 10s of versions in theatres nobody complained about that.
In my opinion, other than flashback everything was perfect. Lcu connections felt organic for me.

Yes he was sad, but as we know Parthiban who doesn't even want Hyena to be killed has some emotions. What if he was thinking what a cruel Das family just because of the occult beliefs killed her own daughter. And feels sad as on one side to avoid confusion and save his family he comes to clarify and here is family who killed own daughter and Leo their own son.
