@@mabmarketing5391 Thanks for your reply ,If that is the case why still ch Majeed didn't give any statement on that he claims everything why he should not give any statement after RDA did operation at Faisal town phase 2 ....His silence is strange for customers .... secondly In every speech regarding F 2 he said development will start last year 2023 December than in January but still that promises are not fulfill by the Developer ...I heard that he was good developer but what he is doing with us that is different picture of him ... Hopefully he can start fulfilling his promises ....Thanks
@MuhammadAli-uu1wp In last meeting with dealers Ch sb give us clear statement of FT2 that everything is going legalised now and in the month of July 100% confirm balloting & development as well InshAllah We are just waiting of LoP and NoC only Development is not an issue for us we have a large scale of machinery and labour So InshAllah hope for the best
Sir ft2 should have been noc approved by now according to the promises made and should have been balloted by now I feel all these developers are trying to gather money and not deliver and live up to their promises.

Majeed's legal team has no capability to solve these issues, he should review his team. Secondly .... please don't give new Lolly pop and announce date otherwise the members expectations will high and if they no implemented then people feel very bad specially "OVERSEAS". Two years will be completed in coming October 24 and still everything is the same and almost half amount of each plot have been taken in Faisal Town 2. The perception is increasing that Interest of Ch. Majeed is lacking towards FT2. We overseas Pakistanis watching carefully towards Ch. Majeed to fulfill his promises.
