I haven’t seen mam in her garden for a while, she is so strong and good at cooking. I noticed once in there outside shed they store quite a few things that they grow, obviously potatoes, but also onions, garlic, spring onions, they had ginger also tomatoes which i have no idea where they are growing them, and also I’m not sure what the other vegetable was, it looked like cabbage. Thats apart from things they forage, they are quite amazing for the organic meals they put together for so many people. I love to watch this family and have so much respect for them. Thank you for showing how they live. From the UK.

Боже мой посмотришь и рыгать хочется, как можно это есть....
Иностранцы пишут что очень вкусно и аппетитно. На их кухню посмотриш уже аппетит проподает и есть не хочется.
А что тут такого неаппетитного:рис,картошка или зелень?не знаю,вроде и мясо не сырым едят...
Вы бы посмотрели видео на другую непальскую семью, там кроме риса и травы ничего не готовят. Да ещё в грязи и дети и сами живут. Не стирают вещи и сами не моется совсем..Я сначала удивилась посмотрев это видео, оказывается ещё и готовят, вносят разнообразие в рацион, не то, что в той семье...
