i got my serum on my around 600-700 aberrant one. when i reached around 640 i gave up for 2 weeks, came back 30 minutes before the maintenance to do some missions and got the serum literally 20 mins before maintenance. I got really lucky that i got it cuz serum is so much rarer now, even tho it was rare as it was

But it's entirely possible that the chances are not what they seem. For example, the only epic family I have gotten is zoe. How many times? 6. What are the chances of that man. Her family is the best epic imo, but It's still a little frustrating. No leg yet though, I have probably used around 1200-1300 spins (f2p)
