This looks absolutely gorgeous. But living in Norway, I can't imagine getting that sauce would be at all easy. Do you have any suggestions for a way to substitute it while still maintaining approximately the same flavor?

BTW, if you are putting your veg onto the heat, no need to flip the board. Only do so if you are prepping more beans than you need and you need to prevent cross-contamination cuz they are not being cooked.

Looks pretty good, and nice and quick, but its a bad idea to saute on high heat with olive oil. Corn oil or soybean oil would be much better.
