3 potatoes

1 onion
2 eggs
Salt
Dried garlic
Smoked paprika
A blend of Italian herbs
180g cheese
A bunch of onions
olive oil
Add half of the potatoes to the pan
Put some cheese in it
Add the rest of the potatoes
Fry over low heat for 20 minutes
Turn over and roast for another 20 minutes
Add cheese 5 minutes before the end
It is very simple and delicious
