I always chose post season, beginning of September, there's still lot of people but not as crowded as in July and August, sea is still warm but temps of air drop a bit so it appears sea is warmer then it is and although my parents bring as kids to Makarska and Baška Voda, Brela is my love 😊😊
Yes, September is ideal time for me as well. But I was quite surprised of how warm the water is towards the end of May already.
I was there the first two weeks in June❤😊. Awesome place. I can warmly recommend the Hotel Soline👌

It begins very close to the entrance of the town, where the Promenade starts. If you walk to the end its about 6 kms long.

It says rain and sun. But that was the same for me and it maybe had a sprinkle and mostly sun. I think you will have good weather also :)
What would you chose for vacation Podgora, Tucepi, Baska Voda ili Brela?
I would go with Tucepi. I really like the beaches there with the trees running quite close along the whole beach path. But during the off season, in the season I would just go to Makarska :)
