I feel like if they cut the palette in half and just sold the bottom 3 rows, I would've bought this immediately. I don't really see the point in warm neutrals in a pastel palette (maybe because I dislike neutrals it bothers me more 😂). This palette solidifies the fact I want the Cake palette even more I LOVE how your look turned out! You look just perfect in green 💚

As an international consumer, I've become A LOT pickier about what palettes I'll buy because when I calculate shipping and currency conversions a fairly inexpensive palette can get extremely pricy real fast. A palette has to wow me and have at least 75% of colours that I want/don't already have. This one just doesn't clear that bar.
I bought this palette. It was my first purchase from the Glamlite brand, and I have no regrets. I like the neutrals because in the context of this palette once I see it in person, they make sense. Things could have gone wrong really easily, but I like how the shades included are very ice creamy and still have a colorful edge. Overall very impressed and having a great time with it!
I’ve never tried glam lite, but would like too. I don’t like the esthetic of the savory food palettes like tacos or whatever, but this one looks cute. I wish they would make a smaller version with the last few rows! I’m not interested in a big palette especially with the top rows that I wouldn’t use, but the colored shimmers and pastels look pretty!

I’m sooo excited for mine to arrive! Those minty tones and the periwinkle....yum. I’m a sucker for periwinkle. I do wish they had done a few less neutrals and a done a couple more true green shades but that’s just me lol. Great look and swatches as always!
I wanted and wanted and wanted this palette all the way upto the day before release, the hype and the PACKAGING. But really thinking about it I just didnt need that many neutrals and I just wanted a handful of the pastels (and the packaging) watching your review I feel like I made the right choice. I would probably get it if they have a good black friday/xmas sale just to collect it because it is still good quality. Ps- thanks for reviewing it against the cake palette!
Thank you for such an in depth impression of this palette. I love pastels, so I bought it right on launch day. I also love the cake palette and it's become one of my fave palettes. I own the donut, as well, and I'm still experimenting with it to form an opinion. It's definitely a nice cool toned blue, purple, and pink palette. As for the ice cream palette, I am enjoying it thus far. I do think they could've replaced some of the neutrals with pastel shimmers. Since many of the pastel mattes have a corresponding shimmer, it would've been great if they did a pastel green shimmer to match the pistachio lime shade and a pastel orange shimmer (maybe a salmon of some kind or similar to the orange pastel tone from the pastel pup palette from menagerie) to correspond with the few orange mattes. The neutral shimmers aren't dupes of each other, but they're close enough that they could've swapped them for more pastel shimmers. Maybe those are harder to formulate... Anyways, look forward to seeing what else you create with the palette.

I suppose the silver lining is for anyone who owns the cake palette, then the size of this one will stack neatly with it. It also arrived in very secure packaging which I appreciate. 👍😍❤️ I wish the shade Taro looked the same as the pan, so for anyone who wanted it for the dark purple, be mindful that it shows up very very fuschia.

Hey Amy, thanks for another comprehensive first impressions! I wanted to ask if you've used Honey Lavender on the eyes yet and had any issues. I received my palette a few days ago and it was the only shade that swatched terribly, plus it's so patchy and sheer on the lids too :( such a bummer as it's one of my favorite shades in the palette. It looks like it swatched nicely for you so now I'm curious haha. Maybe with a different primer I can make it work. ❤
I’m so happy with this palette! There are a few similar shades between it and Cake, but no outright dupes. Even the 2 shades with the same names (raspberry and chocolate) are not identical. I actually prefer the shimmer formula in this palette over the Cake, but I think each has it’s place in my admittedly too large collection. Now to finish the video!

I did purchase the Icecream palatte, the highlighter, and the agua fresca lip gloss on Sept. 22. My order is still showing unfulfilled. I guess their shipping is affected due to Covid 19? All I know is that I want it in my hands. The highlighter you showed does look very different from what I thought it would be.💚💜🧡
I have both the Cake and the Ice Cream palettes. I think besides being stand alone palettes, they will work well together. I'm so pleased! Now my excitement is building for Shroud x beautbean! Shroud will be a new brand for me. 💚💚
I love the neutral shades and would absolutely love if GL did a neutral palette but it felt strange to include those shades in the Ice Cream palette. I agree with those who've said they wish the bottom half (colorful + pastels) were their own palette. Would have loved a different food themed palette for neutrals released at another time. But! There is a mini palette called the donut palette and it has a highlighter in the center. The taco and pizza palettes have minis also
