That's a tough one! You doubled your effrot to swap and then swap back. I guess you'll be thoroughly testing the replacement loom, every wire & connector end to end, before fitting it?
i replaced my FI and ECU went back to carb. anyway i have all this wire ing in the engine bay can it be pulled out and everything still work or do i need to go with a new older wiring harness.
It can all be removed, only plug that will need swspped over are alternator and coil and starter but you will have these connectors from the new carb loom

Awe dude.. that is what I worry about.. as it can be battle living across the pong getting things replaced. A whole new world.. electrical system...

I see two open wires on the small ecu plug in my spi mini . Is it suppose to be like that or someone done some wire cutting previously.

Its all sorted now, new loom is spot on, luckily it only cost my time so got there in the end

You are very calm - I think I would be less impressed with the loom suppliers after all that labour :-(
