We are headed there soon and can't wait to see Epcot for this festival. That cauliflower dish didn't look good to me, just colorful, but now I can't wait to try it. It also looked like a lot for $5.

I know of them, they are based out of CA. I don't spend much time watching them [or anyone else] though.
