The Xpulse rider couldn't shift the gears properly in initial pickup. He must observe the engine sound, not the RPM metre. He has over revved the engine.
Over revving the engine wouldn't effect the acceleration at initial acceleration unless it is a super bike (in that case the bike loses traction due to too much acceleration). The Xpulse would lose even if the shifting was absolutely perfect. The R15 is simply better at acceleration and top speed
This regarding only for max speed but Xpluse is a reliable and comfort machine I ride my xpulse to 450 plus MMS nonstop and really there is no back pain
Personally i am more comfortable with R15... The Xpulse feels extremely unstable at high speed and starts to vibrate. The Yamaha is pretty refined at this
