I worked at Maccas in the 2010's and the McRib patty was SO MUCH thicker. I can safely say it was at least triple the thickness. It's so thin now that you can barely taste the pork over the sauce and onion.
McRib never goes away! I make my own. Baby back ribs in the oven to tenderize, pull out bones, finish on the grill with BBW sauce and finish however you want. Cole slaw is awesome!!! Better than lettuce IMO!!
Can we get a Grego home made version of this and where one would actually go to purchase the said MacRib and other ingredients. Great review Grego, keep up the excellent work.👍👍

The ribs are packed and served from what is known as a "Squad Tray" they are also available in this form in the freezer section of many US grocery stores, sold under the On-Cor brand.
We haven't had the McRib here in Canada since 2012 and I was so excited to that one of the only 5 locations that's getting it here is only 15 minutes from my house! I know what I'm doing this weekend.
There's some 'Stormshot' game subscription coming to ya inbox as well as a free ManScape Lawn Mower thing for your 'delicate areas' and deodorant for 'down there' so enjoy those uh... You were quick outta the blocks on this one GregO with it only being shoved on the shelves today I think - I'll be sans tomat but if I was a fan you'd need two slices on that oblong burger for coverage woodn't ya...?
