Gosh, that's a really bad malfunction, Llandrindod had a simular situation the other day but all of the barriers would not lower so the train had to come across very slowly
Yeah it was fixed for a while when I heard a really loud horn so I went out to have a look and the alarm was going of the lights where flashing but all 4 barriers where stuck up
"JuSt IgNoRe HiM"
Bruv better have enough money to pay network rail the next time the barrier breaks
Great video 👍
Fine examples of modern day stupidity perfectly captured in a video :D
Oh well, the barrier went on strike again.
Nice, looks bad there when it maulfuntions
What exactly is a “hangman” situation in this context?
Location please and yes tell network rail about this
Not again!!
Oh no, I have some deja vu feelings.
Its stupid why people cross the tracks once the lc is clearly flashing and see network rail. Tbh why don't network rail just close off the road if there trying to fix a barrier motor failure. (But nice one!)
Is that not why the blue sign below the flashing red lights exists?
In case of a situation like this one where the barrier obviously needs some kind of repair. Most likely the motor to raise it (as you mentioned') needs replacing.
See, below the red flashing lights there's a blue sign with white writing, fair enough it's mostly in Welsh but there's a phone number to call and I am guessing that it exists for situations such as this.
Probably it’s people stand on the barrier and the always fucked the barriers up
Hope Ur warm like handryer they shud repair them to stop it failing
You mean to say you stood there for two hours and seven minutes filming all that?
And every vehicle that goes across is breaking the law
@@JPLCUKexactly but creds to the traffic for really handling the situation well
@@JPLCUKyou can’t cross when the red road lights are flashing even if they have failed/failed to raise. Trains are authorised by the signaller to proceed at caution over the crossing if the red road lights are flashing so they are your protection from the trains.
I would say if the reason why this crossing always fails is because of people bouncing the barriers, lifting them and hanging on them then that means the people and visiters of Barmouth cannot be trusted with that crossing therefore I say it has to return to the old version closing the gates manually by the signalman.
i can network rail giving you a banning order from that level crossing Reason why because you are always around when it goes wrong and when it dont fail and is in working order your not around dont make your self a suspect
ur not making it fail it’s the idiots that stand on the barriers and be stupid with the level crossing
Oh man barmouth keeps doing this
Great Video!👍🏻 Can’t believe Barmouth has done this again!
