They could have introduced the boots at the end of Season 2 before Flash fights Zoom and continues in Seasons 3 and 4 till Season 5 where they got destroyed along with the Season 4 suit. He finally had it in Season 8
I must say, the Savitar armor is practically perfect for what it was. If the Flash actually used something like this in the show, I’d be pretty happy, albeit that it would need to be slightly less bulky yet evoking the same majesty and atmosphere to be picture perfect
I like how the suits looked like they were necessary in the early seasons. Instead of just being a costume for an iconic look for a celebrity. It looked like it was practical instead of cosmetic.

That last suit would've been perfect. Its like they merged the S4 suit with the S9 suit and its beautiful. Mix of cloth and leather, super bright colors and symbol, lot of gold to break up the all red..its beautiful
Season 8 and 9 with the gold boots was my personal favorite suit. I’d argue it’s the most comic accurate super hero suit we have had up until Deadpool 3 comes out
