- Lord Jamar has been outspoken about his thoughts on homosexuality in past interviews, and the Brand Nubian rapper continued to share his thoughts after Disney featured a gay couple kissing in a cartoon. Jamar said that putting such context in a cartoon for children is too young, as he explained that he would address such situations with his own kids when they are preteens.
As the conversation progressed, Lord Jamar got into a deeper discussion about homosexuality as a whole and how he believes it's unnatural. I'm 14 years old and gay. Growing up I've noticed that I never really fit into the "typical gay guy" persona. I often find most gay people who are overly feminine and flamboyant to be kind of annoying. It irritates me seeing people praise gay people because it's so counterproductive. I want to be treated as a normal person. When people of my sexual orientation also claim to have this same goal but go around parading about their sexuality and practically shoving it in people's faces, it's not helping the cause. Nobody in my personal life knows that I'm gay, and whenever I talk to friends they all seem to be tired of the homosexual agenda. I don't think it's because they're actually hateful people, but because our school and society are pressuring them to believe that gay people should be praised. The truth is, most people don't actually care if you're gay or not. If you act like a decent human being, chances are, people couldn't care less what happens in your bedroom. Also, you can't blame somebody if they don't want to associate with you because of your overly-flamboyant personality.

I’ve noticed with transgenders being in the media way more there seems to be this tendency for gay men to start to dress and act like a parody of a woman which, as a woman, is insulting because being a woman isn’t solely about makeup, dresses and getting fucked. But I digress, this push to sexual reassignment is so damaging and the amount of people who regret having such an extreme surgery done is extremely high and very sad. There are some truly transgender people out there (hermaphrodites who were altered by a doctor at birth come to mind or chromosomal mutations) but it’s very rare. Glad you’re comfortable with who you are at such a young age and not feeling the need to fit stereotypes.

I also want to point out (just to anyone else who may read my comment) that I'm not promoting the idea of trying to be somebody else you're not. I don't fully understand why gay people are typically more feminine, however, I understand that it most certainly is a thing. When I said I find that feminine behaviour to be annoying, I wasn't saying people are faking it or whatever. It's just that - everybody has personalities they like and dislike, and this just happens to be one I dislike. It most definitely doesn't mean I dislike the person, though, and I think that's where I kind of messed up in my previous comment.

Mind you I used to be feminine when i was younger but broke out of that because I used to get teased and someone hurt my feelings. From what I felt and still feel, but have control and awareness of is those overly feminine guys usually want attention. When a person isn't getting the attention they feel they need it causes shift in hormones..etc.. Most of these affects last for long periods of time. Also, we live in a very unnatural Society. If you notice I didn't say "world" because its not the world its us. Humans tend to think that the world revolves around them without having compassion for others. We are currently somewhat learning from our mistakes of the past. That kind of what the accept people for who they are agenda is about. To elaborate on that. Before Europeans started imperialism homo sexuality was a norm in some indigenous cultures. When they went around with the Christian philosophy written by monarchs of those times they were molding the world into what they saw fit. These were the same individuals who claimed slavery was okay and from GOD. There are animals that are homosexual. Animals that are hermaphroditic. Pay attention to nature for the Earth is greater than man. Humans tend to think they are above and over everything and special from The One. Nature and natural disasters and life tragedies proved that wrong. Some normal people see it as wrong because they fit into the status quo and they feel well it not me so why should i care. Kind of like white privilege. Another thing is they could be struggling with their sexuality. I could go on and on. Let me put it to you like this. Some people don't use logic and reason because they are comfortable with their life. Therefore that leads to them having less compassion and understanding for others as long as their situation is alright. You'll understand more as you get older. Compassion, understanding, dialogue and logic is key.
