i know a v8 conversion specialist in the uk, can get a defender converted to an ls3 and refurbished for 20/30k. These guys have got some steep prices but can't knock how nice they are done.
Yow Adam, you should check out a dutch company, who build these same cars with over 2000hp and 6000nm. Its really sick and cool. 200kwh batt and aboit 600+ km reach. So thats great as well. They called the-landrovers

i think personally i would have an electric defender but i would have to have it with a simulated engine sound similar to what i can buy for my rc trucks that way i could have diesel, v8 or just simply turn it off lol. im actually surprised that no one appears to have done this on any electric cars yet as it would eliminated the arguement of people complaining that an electric car is dangerous for pedestrians because they cant here them coming down the road. once again thanks for another awesome vid buddy

My guess is they aren’t being rebuilt from the frame up with all new components. Refurb is different to rebuilt.
