Cut row for gas, phone, and power here in Ky. Done my own thing climbing, loggin, and anything you can cut with a saw amongst many other dangerous things. Sir you men have my utmost respect. That look down after fog broke…man o man. I have the worst time with learners stayin on backside and use half dozen combined methods to stay put. lol. Been with bbr since the beginning and watched hogan make one hellova tree man. You boys be careful and keep livin….💪🏻🫡matt
The coolest tree work video I have ever seen, the job, the workmanship, the narration, the editing,A+ on all counts. From an old climber, cheers fellas!
Cool video! I like how you had the option to top the tree removing only the hazard to the power line, preserving the root structure for the cliff face. Nice climb, sweet views! Great explanation! You do have one of the best jobs man! Peace
Not to talk smack but when you said it was hard to stay on the high side of that big tree. I immediately thought, I know it would be a cake walk for me. I’m used to climbing crazy speaking giant trees here in NorCal. Plus hauling gear would be the fun part. Get the actual workout in for the day
@@kingniles there aren’t many that do what we do in these remote areas, I get asked this a lot and there really isn’t an answer, you kind of have to know someone that will get you in

14:21 Looking at the height, I was scared, but he handled it as if nothing happened. It's admirable.
Amazing views. I listened to this with head phones and was like “wow this is loud” I can’t even imagine the noise of a chainsaw on the daily for you.
@@heatherpratt-johnson9074 I even turned that audio down compared to the rest haha. That Ripsaw is a noise machine

They want you to go back and take one more chunk!
Why not long line the gear once you get up there?

My serious issue with this tree trimming up so high is no attempt was made to yell at the top of his lungs, “Tiiimber!” for the forest below.
Arborist with lots of big tree / mtn terrain experience here. Nice job! How does one get in to this type work? I imagine is pretty lucrative?
