I was Muslim and converted to being a follower of our lLord Jesus Christ..I prayed to God one time with all my heart and asked him to show me if he’s real then Jesus came into my life. For a while i have been struggling to fall asleep.. Yesterday i came across this and played it all night.. Woooow im speechless. I havent slept so peacefully like i did last night for more than 2 weeks.. Ive found my new home.

I struggle with anxiety attacks. It’s been calm pretty much and not as bad. Jesus inspires me to put this one and puts me into a deep sleep and I wake up vibrant and in peace

Jessicas voice takes me back to the time l was in school. There was this young very pretty girl whose voice was so sweet, so soothing, when l was tense before a test l would start a conversation with her and her voice would settle my nerves. To me she seemed to be angelic. She was a Godsend and l didn't know it until l was 50 years young. God bless.

I love her voice also. I love Barrett's voice as well and usually sleep with his voice because I have a small hearing loss and the tone of a man's voice, I can hear better. But praise God, I listened to Jessica's voice and found I can hear it clearly!

As a target and a believer your voice reading scripture is the only way I can sleep and be in peace. Thank you soooo very much! I love God's promises and I believe him! Again thank you💕🙏 God bless you all!
I am a TI as well. What helped me about 5 years in (2015) was that I started reading the Psalms of the Day each evening after sundown in preparation for sleep and for the next day. The Psalms of the Day is a way to read through the entire book of Psalms each month and they are very encouraging because many of them are when David (before he was king) was being gang stalked by King Saul AND his entire army! So..... tonight think of what is tomorrow's date, then read the Psalm that has that same number. Read it out loud. Then add 30 to the number of that Psalm and read THAT Psalm out loud. Do this three more times; it only takes about 20 minutes total. It's great to read these just before you sleep, but be sure to read them out loud. Here is an EXAMPLE... I am writing to you on the 14th of March 2023 so tonight (in preparation for tomorrow) I will read PSALM 15, Psalm 45, Psalm 75, Psalm 105 and Psalm 135. I believe the Psalms have a STRONG message to TIs because they will show you how God knows exactly what you (we) are going through and HE promises to protect and VINDICATE us! Praise the Lord! Reading these Psalms of the Day literally saved my life (my sanity and my marriage and family) This is not as complicated or time-consuming as it may seem. JUST TRY IT FOR ONE MONTH!

I have been clean coming up on 3 years. I lived buzzed on alcohol for 15.. let us focus on what we do have and not On what we don't..I know it hurts, but ultimately, we do have our relationship with our creator who loves us, if other people judge us, then they do not Love us.. Forgive yourself and look for a Christian counselor, that is what I am doing ❣️ God Bless you ❣️🙏
